2. Trademarks
“EliteCourt Pro”, related wordmarks, and logos are trademarks or trade dress of the operator of EliteCourt Pro. Third-party names and marks that appear in the product (for example team or sponsor logos you upload) remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Your content
You retain rights to content you submit — such as tournament details, rosters, logos, and event copy — and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service you configure, as described in our Terms of service.
