These draft terms govern access to and use of EliteCourt Pro websites, apps, and tournament tools. They are not final and will be replaced after legal review. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
EliteCourt Pro provides software to help organize court-sport tournaments — including event setup, registration, rosters, fixtures, live scoring, public pages, and related tools. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and invitations you grant.
- If you use EliteCourt Pro on behalf of a school, club, or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse scoring, results, or roster tools to falsify official outcomes.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape excessively, or reverse engineer the platform.
- Share access in a way that violates another person’s privacy or these terms.
4. Tournament and content responsibility
Organizers remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of their events — including eligibility rules, guardian consent for minors, fees they charge participants, and any public display of names or results. EliteCourt Pro is a software platform; we do not run your tournament unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Free and paid plans
Some features may be offered free; others may require a paid plan or fees that we communicate before charge. Taxes, refunds, and billing terms (when applicable) will be stated at purchase or in a separate agreement.
6. Intellectual property
EliteCourt Pro branding, software, and documentation remain our property (or our licensors’). You retain rights to content you submit (rosters, logos, event copy), and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service you configure.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify features for maintenance, security, or product reasons. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that tournament outcomes, scoresheets, or third-party integrations will be error-free. You should keep appropriate offline backups of critical records when needed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EliteCourt Pro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero if you used only free features).
10. Privacy
Our Privacy policy describes how we handle personal information.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms: hello@elitecourtpro.com or Contact us.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms when permitted by law. Material changes may be highlighted in-product or by email when practical.
