A weekend 8-team cup can start free. Paid plans are quoted for your event — team count, format, and calendar — so the price fits a school cup and a larger championship. Circuit is a yearly organization plan. We still do not collect team entry fees, and we are not the tournament operator.

You remain the event organizer: eligibility, referees, venues, and participant fees are yours.
We provide software (fixtures, live scoring, scoresheets, public pages) — not official FIBA sanction.
Paid EliteCourt Pro plan fees are quoted per event (or yearly for Circuit) and are separate from any entry fee you charge teams.
GST is included on the quote email we send. Confirm the EliteCourt Pro payee and UPI before you pay.

Plans are also covered by our Terms of service and Privacy policy. Paid coverage is quoted by email for your event. Pay by UPI or bank using the quote — we unlock the plan after we confirm payment.

Is the Court plan really free?

Yes for events with up to 8 teams. That is enough for a house cup or a first live-scoring weekend. Contact us when the draw grows and you need Season or a larger plan.

Why is there no list price?

School cups, friendship 3×3, and association weekends are not the same event. We quote Season, Championship, Arena, and Circuit for your team count, dates, and calendar so the deal fits — not a one-size public rupee amount.

How do I pay?

Write to us with the event (or year for Circuit). We email a quote with GST, UPI, and a QR. We do not take card or UPI inside EliteCourt Pro — pay the quoted amount by UPI or bank, then reply with a UTR. After we confirm payment, we unlock the plan. The Court plan stays free.

Why not run two Season events instead of Championship?

Two Season plans are two tournaments. Championship is one tournament with a 48-team cap — twice the Season plan’s 24 — so you do not buy Season twice. Public fixtures, live scores, and standings are on every plan.

What is the Arena plan for?

A 96-team cap when several categories share the same weekend. Championship stops at 48 teams. Live scores, pools, knockouts, and the public tournament page are already in Season and Championship. Circuit is the yearly conversation if you run that size more than once.

Can I upgrade after registration opens?

Yes — write to us with the tournament name. We quote the upgrade, you pay by UPI or bank, and extra team slots and extras unlock without interrupting live games.

What if the event is postponed or cancelled?

Tell us before tip-off. Unused paid coverage can typically move to a new date for the same organizer. We do not refund participant fees you collected yourself.

Do you take payments from teams?

No. Team, club, and player fees stay between you and participants. On this site we only collect payment for EliteCourt Pro software plans after we quote.

Does the Season plan include WhatsApp?

Yes on Season, Championship, Arena, and Circuit. Court stays on in-app inbox and email. WhatsApp applies its own terms. Live stream and match film are not in these plans.

How is GST handled?

Quotes email GST up front with UPI details. There is no public list price on the website. Pay the quoted total we send.

When is Circuit cheaper than paying per event?

If you run many cups in a year on one organization, a yearly Circuit quote is usually simpler than paying per event. Share your calendar.

EliteCourt Pro is the software layer. You still run the event.
