This draft explains how EliteCourt Pro (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our websites, apps, and related tournament services. It is not final legal advice and will be replaced after counsel review.
1. Who we are
EliteCourt Pro helps organizers run basketball and other court-sport tournaments — including registration, rosters, fixtures, live scoring, and public results pages.
Questions: hello@elitecourtpro.com or our contact form.
2. Information we may collect
- Account details — name, email, phone (where provided), role, and login credentials or authentication tokens.
- Tournament data — event details, team and player names, ages/categories where required for eligibility, fixtures, scores, and scoresheet records.
- Inquiry data — messages sent via contact forms (including city/state and role context you share).
- Technical data — device/browser type, IP address, approximate location, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use information
- Provide and improve tournament operations, scoring, and public event pages.
- Authenticate users and manage roles (organizer, scorer, coach, player, etc.).
- Respond to inquiries and support requests.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- Send service-related notices (for example password resets or event updates).
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us host, email, store, or secure the platform, and when required by law. Tournament results and roster information you publish for an event may appear on public pages you enable.
5. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, tournament archives you expect to remain available, and legal or accounting requirements. You may request deletion of account data subject to legitimate retention needs (for example completed official scoresheets).
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No online system is perfectly secure; please use strong passwords and share access only with trusted staff.
7. Children and school events
School and youth tournaments may include minors’ names and related eligibility data entered by organizers or guardians. Organizers are responsible for collecting consent where required. Contact us if you need a record corrected or removed.
8. Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, or object to certain processing. Reach us at hello@elitecourtpro.com.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when a revised version is published.
